Diamond Head, or Le'ahi

In September 2004 I visited the island of O'ahu with my wife for our honeymoon. She had been there before but it was my first visit. I learned a lot, and while seeing one of the island's most notable attractions, "Diamond Head," I saw this sticker.

I find it interesting that the eye in the diamond in the sticker reminds me of where I'm standing, that being the trail to the top of "Diamond Head". I wonder if the sticker was designed for this location, or if it was a fun coincidence for its designer.

The girl on the sticker looks like she could be Hawaiian, but given that Le'ahi is one of the most visited attractions on O'ahu this could have originated anywhere in the world. Cool sticker, and good to see it while vacationing.
